How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where JR is when you call and where you are. Call (386) 846-1341 and we'll tell you when he can be there. In our Google reviews, customers mention him showing up in 15, 20, 30 and 45 minutes.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job. A car lockout, a house lockout and a new lock are all priced differently, and so are different locks. Call, tell us what's going on, and ask for a price. Customers often mention fair prices in their reviews.
Can you get into my car without damaging it?
That's the goal on every car. One customer, Lea N., wrote that JR "left my car without a single scratch."
What areas do you cover?
All of Volusia County, plus Palm Coast and Flagler Beach up in Flagler County. If you're not sure we come to you, call and ask.
Are you really open at night?
Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and JR answers the phone himself. Our Google reviews include customers we helped at 1am and 2am.

Can you open a locked bedroom or bathroom door?
Yes. Interior door lockouts, like a locked bedroom or bathroom door, are part of our house lockout service.
Do you install or reprogram keypad locks?
Yes. We install and program smart locks and keypad locks, and we reprogram the codes on ones you already have, including Kwikset keypads.
Should I rekey my locks or change them?
If the locks work fine and you just want the old keys to stop working, rekeying is usually the simpler choice. If a lock is worn out, broken, or you want a different style, change it. Not sure? Call and ask.
Do you open lockboxes and safes?
Yes. We open key lockboxes, key safes and safes when the code is forgotten, the key is lost or the lock is stuck.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Priority One Locksmith is licensed and insured.
Can I book something that isn't an emergency?
Yes. For lock changes, rekeying or a new keypad lock, call us or send a request through the contact page.
