Terms of Service

These terms cover the website priorityonelocksmiths.com and the locksmith work you book with Priority One Locksmith LLC ("we", "us"). We've kept them short and plain. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to them.

The website

The information on this site is general. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn't a quote or a promise for any particular job. Arrival times and prices depend on the job, the lock, where you are and when you call.

Prices

We don't list prices online because every job is different. We'll tell you the price for your job before we start work. If something changes once we see the lock, we'll talk to you before going ahead.

Proof that it's yours

To protect you and everyone else, we may ask for ID or other proof that you own or live at the property, or own or have the right to use the vehicle, safe or lockbox, before we open it. We can turn down a job if we can't confirm that.

Our work

We take care with your property on every job. Some locks are old, damaged or built to resist opening, and occasionally the only way in is to drill or replace a lock. If that's the case, we'll explain it and get your OK first.

If something isn't right

Call or email us and tell us what happened. We'd rather hear about it and fix it.

Liability

As far as Florida law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, missed appointments or lost income) caused by a lockout, a delay or using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that can't be limited.

Photos and reviews on this site

The customer photos on this site are shared with those customers' permission, and the reviews are copied from Google. Please don't reuse them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
